Masarat Talent: AI-assisted shortlisting for recruiters
Hi everyone, I'm Abdelmoneim, founder of Masarat Talent (registered in Rwanda, I'm based in Sudan).
Building: an AI-assisted shortlisting tool for recruitment agencies placing candidates across African borders. Verification takes weeks, and a missed start date costs the agency its placement fee. The goal is a screened shortlist within 24 hours, with verification status shown.
What's working: narrowing to one corridor and one buyer, agency owners, made the offer far clearer: a free pilot on one live role.
One thing I need: advice from anyone who has sold to recruitment agencies. What made them agree to a pilot?

Agency owners think in placement fees, so I'd pitch the free pilot on one role they're worried about losing because verification is running slow. If your shortlist lands within 24 hours and that candidate starts on time, the fee they keep will sell the paid version better than any demo.
Narrowing to one corridor and one buyer and offering a free pilot on one live role is the same thing that's working for me: I offer local businesses a free mockup before they pay anything. It takes the risk off their side.
