Objection handling playbook
The objections you hear most, each with the question behind it and a response that does not sound defensive.
Use it when
Deals stall on the same pushback.
What you fill in
- objections Objections you hear, in the buyer's words
- product Product, pricing, proof points
The prompt
Build an objection playbook for product. Objections we hear: objections For each objection: 1. What the buyer is really worried about. 2. A clarifying question to ask first. 3. A response of 2 to 3 sentences using a proof point, not pressure. 4. When to walk away instead. Then rank the objections by how much each one costs us, and suggest a change to the product, pricing or pitch that would prevent the top one. Before you answer, check your draft against every instruction above and fix anything that misses.
Why it works
- Separates the stated objection from the real worry.
- Asks before answering.
- Looks for the upstream fix, not just a rebuttal.
