Gopal Anantharaman leads KnotTheory.ai Inc. as founder and CEO; the Fremont company develops AI tax tools for accounting firms and individual taxpayers. Earlier, Gopal worked for roughly fifteen years on communications and platform software at HP and its Poly unit, and has since published cryptography research on the IACR ePrint archive. Gopal's current focus is applying local-LLM systems to tax work so that sensitive financial files stay on the customer's own hardware.
