Monica Peters is the founder and software architect of MoniGarr.com, an independent research and engineering practice that builds AI infrastructure for languages, cultural knowledge and institutions where sovereignty matters. She has built Kanien'kéha language software since the early 1990s, including mobile apps and the Kakwitene VR language-learning game released on Steam in 2019. Monica now works on language AI for low-resource languages and on responsible AI governance.
