Bryan Tegomoh, MD, MPH, is an independent physician-epidemiologist in San Francisco who works on AI safety evaluation, red-teaming, health AI and biosecurity. Bryan previously worked at xAI and was a Medical Epidemiologist at the CDC Foundation, and he sits on the Digital Health editorial board at Nature Portfolio. He writes open handbooks on biosecurity and public health AI, and builds tools such as citation-audit, which checks LLM output for hallucinated citations.
