About Moveworks

Moveworks sells a conversational AI assistant, enterprise search and agentic Reasoning Engine. These work inside Slack and Microsoft Teams and connect to 100+ enterprise apps. Customers include Siemens, Toyota, Unilever, Hearst and Instacart. It raised about $305–315M in total, with a $200M Series C at a $2.1B valuation in 2021. ServiceNow announced a $2.85B acquisition in March 2025 and closed it on December 15, 2025. At close it reported 5.5M employee users and over 350 enterprise customers.
