Web3 company behind Bored Ape Yacht Club NFTs. It is building the Otherside metaverse, ApeChain and the ApeCoin ecosystem for NFT holders and gamers.
Yuga Labs is best known for Bored Ape Yacht Club, an Ethereum NFT collection, along with its related collections and the Otherside metaverse. It also launched its own blockchain, ApeChain, in 2024, and took direct control of ApeCoin operations in 2025–2026 after replacing the ApeCoin DAO with ApeCo, a company it controls. In March 2022 it raised $450M in a round led by Andreessen Horowitz at a $4B valuation. In 2025 it gave up the CryptoPunks and Moonbirds trademark rights to focus on the Apes and Otherside, and in April 2026 Michael Figge became CEO, with co-founder Greg Solano moving to chairman.
