About ZeroFOX
ZeroFox is an enterprise SaaS company based in Baltimore. Its AI-driven platform protects brands, domains, people and assets from threats outside the corporate network, including phishing, impersonation, credential theft and dark-web activity, and it also offers breach response and takedown services. Founded in 2013, it listed on Nasdaq (ZFOX) in 2022 through a SPAC and bought the breach-response company IDX that same year. Haveli Investments took it private in May 2024 for $1.14 per share, a deal valued at about $350M, and it launched its AI-first HNTR platform in July 2026.
