Zilch
London fintech offering interest-free buy-now-pay-later, instalment loans and a cashback debit card to consumers, funded by merchant fees and ads.
Zilch is a direct-to-consumer payments network founded in London in 2018. It offers interest-free instalment loans, BNPL and a cashback debit card, and makes money from card transaction fees and targeted merchant advertising rather than charging shoppers interest. It reached a $2B valuation in 2021 and has kept it since, has raised about $566M in total (including a $175M round led by KKCG), serves about 6 million customers, and reported £110.3M in revenue and a £10.5M loss for FY to March 2025. In 2026 it bought Lithuania's Fjord Bank to expand in Europe and invited banks to pitch for a possible London IPO as early as 2027.
