Zendesk
Zendesk's Resolution Platform combines AI agents, copilots, QA, analytics and voice for messaging, email and voice support. In 2026 it began pricing AI agents by verified resolutions instead of seats, and it acquired Forethought and Unleash. The company was founded in 2007, taken private in November 2022 by a group led by Hellman & Friedman and Permira, and reported revenue of about $1.93B in 2024 and about $2B in ARR. It ended 2025 with about $200M in AI ARR and nearly 20,000 AI customers, and is targeting $400–500M in AI ARR for 2026.
