Zip, founded in 2020 and part of Y Combinator's Summer 2020 batch, sells SaaS that handles enterprise procurement from employee intake through procure-to-pay, including 50+ AI agents launched in 2025 for finance, legal, procurement, IT and security work. Its customers include Anthropic, OpenAI, AMD, T-Mobile, Discover, Dollar Tree, Snowflake and Coinbase. In October 2024 it raised a $190M Series D led by BOND at a $2.2B valuation, bringing total funding to about $371M. One third-party estimate puts its ARR at about $193M in 2025, and in 2026 Zip was named a Visionary in Gartner's Magic Quadrant for Source-to-Pay Suites.
