Jeremy Theodorson Sinclair is a British advertising executive and businessman born in 1946. He began his advertising career in 1968 at Cramer Saatchi. In 1970 he joined Saatchi & Saatchi as a founding member, became chairman of the UK agency in 1982 and became deputy chairman of Saatchi & Saatchi plc in 1986.
In 1995 he co-founded the agency M&C Saatchi with Bill Muirhead, David Kershaw, Maurice Saatchi and Charles Saatchi. Crunchbase lists him as Chairman and Founding partner of M&C Saatchi and says he was awarded a CBE in 2017 for services to advertising. Bloomberg describes him as a former chairman and co-founder of the company.
He is based in London. In an interview with Creativebrief about his book on the Saatchi brand, he said the M&C Saatchi network was built almost entirely by backing start-ups.
