Kai Resolve by Gleap: Support that does the digging for you.
The agent reads the screen recording, console and network logs, click trail, account data and code, with read-only access. It then answers the customer or escalates with a diagnosis. It takes over when Kai Support, the first-level agent, cannot settle a ticket or when a customer asks for a person. The launch drew 146 upvotes and 24 comments on Product Hunt. Gleap's earlier launch there, in November 2021, drew 127 upvotes for its bug reporting product. Intercom, Zendesk and Freshdesk all ship AI agents of their own for support, so the competition is established. Some Gleap pages place Kai Resolve on the Pro plan, while a Gleap blog post lists it on Team. For founders, the notable choice is the permission boundary. The agent investigates with read-only access and leaves any code change to a human review. That split is a reusable pattern for agents that touch customer data. It also shows support queues turning into engineering intake, where the quality of the diagnosis matters as much as the reply.
