With 3,500 people already downloading the desktop app, a paid hosted version for teams who don't want to set up their own Cloudflare account could be your first revenue. Small dev agencies would be a good first target, since they juggle several client projects and lose time every time someone has to re-explain a client's past decisions to Claude or Cursor.
