Catch the quiet price increases hiding in supplier invoices. Free, open source, and it sits on top of what a small business already uses.

Tools that do this exist, but they come as a new system with a monthly subscription, mostly for restaurants. This does one thing: it reads your supplier invoices, compares every line with the last price you paid the same supplier, and tells you what went up, which new fees appeared, and what it cost you. It drafts a polite question to the supplier. You review and send. Nothing is paid, disputed or sent automatically.

Two ways to run it: no code (paste one prompt into a weekly scheduled task in Claude, with your email and a Google Sheet) or a small tested Python CLI.
