Eitan Halper-Stromberg is a board-certified molecular pathologist and Assistant Professor of Clinical Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania, where he joined the Center for Personalized Diagnostics in 2023. He earned a PhD in human genetics at Johns Hopkins, worked as a software engineer, and trained in pathology there. Eitan builds open-source tools for sequencing data, including targetSeqView, and a mutation profiler on Hugging Face.
