It combines project and task management, docs, chat, whiteboards, dashboards and its Brain AI assistant. The company says it has more than 20 million users and 3 million teams. It has raised about $535M, including a $400M Series C in October 2021 at a $4B valuation led by Andreessen Horowitz and Tiger Global, and third-party estimates put its ARR at about $300M in 2025. ClickUp acquired the AI coding platform Codegen and cut about 22% of its roughly 1,300 staff in May 2026.
