About Odoo

Odoo SA makes Odoo, a modular business management suite. It comes as a free LGPL Community edition and a paid, proprietary Enterprise subscription, and is sold directly and through thousands of partners to more than 170,000 paying customers in about 180 countries. Fabien Pinckaers started it in 2005 as TinyERP. It was renamed OpenERP in 2008 and became Odoo in 2014. Odoo expected about €650M in billing revenue in 2025, with ARR up 42%, and about €900M in 2026, up 45%; it is profitable and aims for €1B by 2027. A January 2026 secondary deal valued it at roughly $8.1B (over €7B).
