Flock Freight
Freight tech company that uses algorithms to pool less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments into shared truckloads, serving U.S. shippers and carriers.
Flock Freight runs a shared truckload (STL) freight brokerage. Its algorithmic pooling software combines multiple LTL shipments into multi-stop full truckloads, so shippers pay less, carriers earn more and fewer trucks run partly empty. It reached a $1B valuation (unicorn status) with SoftBank Vision Fund's Series D in October 2021 and raised a $60M Series E led by O'Neil Strategic Capital in May 2025, for about $460M raised in total. Third-party data estimates 2026 revenue at about $230M, and Pat Dillon became CEO in 2026, taking over from founder Oren Zaslansky.
