About Hootsuite

Hootsuite is a subscription SaaS platform for publishing, engagement, social listening, customer care and analytics. It works across networks including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok and Pinterest, and it serves everyone from small businesses to large enterprises. Ryan Holmes, Dario Meli and David Tedman founded it in Vancouver in 2008. It has raised about $284M–$300M from investors including Accel and Hearst, and it was valued at about $1B in 2021. Third-party estimates put its revenue at $200M–$400M ARR in 2024. Irina Novoselsky was CEO from 2023, and Holmes came back as CEO in 2026.
