TeamTangoAI is an AI communication and workflow platform. It includes AI phone and text assistants that answer around the clock, website chat, scheduling for arrangement conferences, document automation and a dashboard for funeral directors. It was built mainly for affordable online and direct-cremation providers, and it also works for traditional funeral homes. Sixth-generation funeral director Jimmy Lucas and technology executive Jeff Chen co-founded it, and they developed and tested it inside Lucas's own cremation business, Simple Cremation, before it officially launched in June 2026.
