AI investments

Parambil raised a $6M seed round in January 2026. AlleyWatch lists Bling Capital, Jeffrey L. Horstmyer MD, FAAN, nvp capital, Scott Stevenson and Todd Suzanski as backers. It reports total equity funding of $8.0M. Parambil builds AI software for medical record review and litigation support, and was founded in 2023 by Liam Gordon, Sal Ienna and Sara Dwyer.

In the announcement, Horstmyer said he invests in Parambil and also uses the product. He called it a high-trust AI platform built for complex, high-stakes litigation.

Investment focus

Public information is limited to the Parambil deal: a seed-stage AI product in legal technology that applies to medical records. He has not publicly stated a check size, a stage preference or a geographic focus. His medical background and his statement that he uses the product are the only public hints about his interest in healthcare-adjacent AI.
