Angel investing track record

Public records of his angel investing are thin. PitchBook lists him as an angel investor based in Sydney with one recorded investment, in Medow Health. No other angel investments, check sizes or exits are public.

AI investments

Medow Health AI raised A$3.5M in September 2026 entirely from existing shareholders, including Boyer and orthopaedic surgeon Michael Solomon. The round took Medow's total seed funding to A$8.5M. Funds are going to AI Front Desk, a product that answers and triages inbound patient calls for specialist clinics.

Medow was founded in 2023 and started as an AI scribe for specialist doctors' medical reports. The new round follows a A$2M raise in January 2025 and a A$3M raise in November 2025. Sources do not say how much Boyer put into each round.

Investment focus

There is no public statement from Boyer on stage, sector, geography or check size. His one recorded investment is a seed-stage Australian health AI company. He is also a clinician and hospital executive, so his experience is in clinical governance and cancer care. Founders should treat this as a single data point, not a stated thesis.
