About
Sharon Sloane is the President and CEO of WILL Interactive, which she has led since 1994. The company runs a behavioral intelligence platform that shows where employee behavior creates risk, delivers targeted training in areas like harassment prevention, cyber security and leadership, and measures behavior change over time. Sharon co-invented the patented interactive behavior modification system behind the company's products, which began as choose-your-own-adventure video simulations used in military and workplace training.
