Russell Glass

Russell Glass is a serial founder and operator. He founded Bizo, a B2B marketing and data platform, and served as its CEO and president. He sold it to LinkedIn in 2014 and then became a product vice president there, working on marketing solutions. While at Bizo he co-authored "The Big Data-Driven Business".

He later held CEO roles at Ginger, an on-demand mental health platform. Ginger merged with Headspace in 2021, and Glass went on to become CEO of Headspace. He is now the founder and general partner of Arteria Capital, which his LinkedIn profile dates from January 2026.

He sits on the boards of Evolent Health (NYSE: EVH), AnswersNow, College Solved and Duke University's Pratt School of Engineering. He holds a BSE in Mechanical Engineering and Economics from Duke.

Before Arteria, Glass invested as an individual angel. PitchBook lists two angel investments: Siftery (February 2016, seed, undisclosed amount) and Oshi Health (October 2021, early-stage round, a clinic-based digestive health company). Crunchbase lists three personal investments, with MiiHealth as the latest. Exits and returns are not public.

In August 2026 Glass led MiiHealth AI's seed round. MiiHealth is a Phoenix-based company building DAINA, an AI agent that calls patients before appointments, runs a clinical intake interview and writes structured notes into the electronic health record. The company's announcement did not disclose the amount, and the round also included physician angels, healthcare operators and digital health founders. Dealroom reports the round at $2.8 million.

Crunchbase also shows Arteria Capital as lead investor in a seed round for Provect AI.

Glass's LinkedIn profile describes Arteria Capital as a venture fund investing in early-stage AI-enabled healthcare companies, and describes his focus as founders transforming healthcare with AI. His background is in digital health, mental health and B2B data products. Check size and fund size are not public.
