Sasan Daneshvar is CTO and cofounder of Permit Genie, a San Francisco company whose agentic AI workflow turns any U.S. address into a permitting roadmap covering zoning, costs, timelines, approval risk and document prep for real estate projects. A full-stack engineer and technical founder with more than 18 years of experience, he also invests as an angel in real estate and construction tech. Sasan leads the AI, product architecture and data infrastructure behind Permit Genie's entitlement engine.
